It comes to fluidify a cementitious material through a protein adjuvantation such as the adjuvant-to-cement ratio remains below 3% by mass. This fluidity must allow easy placement of the material with a strongly low amount of water while preserving the qualities of the hardened material through a good compatibility of adjuvant with the cementitious matrix. The study of the flow in the maniabilimetre showed that the protein adjuvantation allows improving the workability of cement mortar, thus facilitating its implementation. The evolution of hydration temperature monitoring revealed a good compatibility between adjuvant and cement regardless of the proportion of adjuvant added within the limits of the quantities used in this study.
