Infrastructure transitions and the flexible city
Résumé
Drawing on ongoing work in European cities, this presentation explores some of the shifting reconfigurations and uses of energy, water and ICT systems as key contested instruments in the making and remaking of the urban, as a way of interrogating the links between infrastructure politics and urban socio-technical change.
